We have booked a parcel on 11/04 vide way bill no. A73997698, through Franch Express Pvt. Ltd.
But, the said parcel has not been delivered to the consignee. Regarding this I have personally visited the couriers office, but we did not got any satisfactory reply. We have sent them the letter by registered post also. The acknowledgement card of the post is with us. But till date we have not received any reply from the courier. Due, to this we have lost our customer also, who was our regular customer.
We want the compensation from the courier.
