Costing high value than mrp

Sir/mam, i m facing a problem of mis value dealing by the thekas at delhi new ashok nagar near east end appartment as i bought sand pipers beer bottles on 29-05 as the mrp on that printed was RS 35/ each bottle and the shop keeper has billed out the same at RS 45.pls see into this matter as it is the case of mis valuing and the customers are facing the problem as this is been carried from quiet a long time.

this is a serious customer complain as when we go against the shop keeper for billing high value the start fighting and we have been hurted.

the other case is of noida sec -01 where the shop keepers are billing the beer on high mrp than printed on the bottles .the mrp printed on bottle was RS 60/ and the shop keeper has demanded for RS 90/.pls see into the matter.even the shop keepers doesn't provide the bill so that we can compain in a legal way pls go through this as it has been a routine matter.
