Non receipt of FPF amount

My PF/FPF A/C No. :- MH/24690/640

I have submitted my claim for settelment of my pf/fpf amount in April. With respect to that, I have received a letter from Assistant Commissioner (cash-1), Nashik dated 17/07 including following following details:-

Scroll No. Chq. No. Chq. Date Chq. Amt

MH/NSK/01/PF/C/1688 687332 17/07 77, 499/- Received.

MH/NSK/01/FPF/C/1711 726601 17/07 14, 678/- Not Received.

But, I have received only PF amount chq. No.687332 with that letter and till the date I have not received the balance chq. of FPF amount.

Please find herewith letter of Assistant commissioner, for your kind information.

So, I kindly request you to look in this matter and give me a justice.
