Damage in the product given for dry cleaning

Sir,

i have given a silk saree for dry cleaning at benaka dry cleaners

situated at I phase, 2nd stage chandralayout in bangalore.i found that after dry cleaning, saree got torn in two places. He has taken back the receipt even after asking for the original he is not producing the original. He is not agreed to show the duplicate of the receipt (corbon copy in the receipt book). he has not agreed even to mend the damage done to the saree. Kindly advise in the

matter to proceed further.
