I am a a regular customer of benetton and have bought many items from your brand. this year during the jan sale period my sister and i bought identical track suit sets (both bottoms as size small).one from the branch in south ex and the other in gurgaon.as i am shorter mine needed alteration. when i went for alteration the incharge there (at south ex) had ink on his hands and put it on my track bottom. i wrote it on the slip to remove ink stains also.when i went to collect it . it was only altered. i told them to remove the ink.they said they would send it to my house, what they delivered to my house was a larger size and they had changed the size tag to a small (to decieve me). when they had said they would dry clean it. i only realised this when it slipped down my body (and i was embarassed at my friends dinner) and i came home and compared it with my sisters the difference is huge. How can a big brand like benetton do such a thing . i would like you to see into the matter as soon as possible before i have to take further action.i have the bills for all the items bought during the last two months also (including the track pants).
