Hi..

I have got an Airtel telephone and broadband connection since last 3 years.it was working fine and i never had any complaints for airtel untill i received my last bill. My average bill since last 3 years is near about 1500.00 per month. i have never got a bill of more then 2000.00 since i have started using ur services. But my last bill has shocked me.my bill amount is Rs. 5800.00...

This place is my office and it is absolutly out of question of such huge bill. i have already complained to the customer care about the same . they said that they hav checked the bill and its fine. i fail to understant, wht kind of checkin they are talkin abt. i can not make such huge payment.

coz itis not at all possibe.my usage infact during that month was less then the previous month. in fact i was not in town for most of the days in tht month.

i am already tired of answering your calls...

kndly do rectify... i dnt whr to complaint coz no body on your customer care really cares to resovle
