No Road, Water, No drain, No sanitation

Dear sir/madam,

I manoranjan sahu, want to lodge a compalin against berhampur municipality, that it is not doing the minimum requirement to stay in a house, No road, No water, No drain But collecting tax. So kindly solve our problem, we are suffering verymuch, so much water depositing in our back side of house, so lot of mosquito breeds, Health problems, we have intimated many times for road and drain but we are not getting, kindly do some favour for us .thanking you,
