Fraud while submitting Bill

Hi,

Myself Abhishek Chandra.

I faced a serious fraud while submitting my electricity bill.

BILLING DATE :19-06

BILL NO :02904

NET AMT DUE :532

I went to submit my bill on 28/06 at around 19:45 at BESCOM-BMAZ s6 subdivision EXTN

Counter ID: COM57 near Uddipi Garden BTM Layout.

Real Problem: I submitted Rs 500 then Rs 50 in the Kiosk (Machine). But it was displaying only Rs 50. I called up the attendant Mr. Shiva Ph No:9743587335.He tried doing something i dont know what and he pressed the Remmit Bill /OK button. He (Shiva) then gave me the receipt of only Rs 50 (Receipt No:12591). He then told me to come tomorrow morning to get back my money.

When i went in morning i.e. 29/06/09 he was not there and is telling me stories of coming after a day or two.

I request you all honourable officials to get back my money ang help me in getting timely justice.
