Non allotment of dda 1981 plots

I wrote several mails for the status of the application to dda but noone yet replied, even my father visited twice at their office they told that it will take time, how long we will wait its being 28 years now, I think the only motto of dda become to earn more and more profit, they are least interested in customer service, the below are details which I forwarded atleast 5 times to dda

This is gurvinder on behalf of my mother (AMRIT KAUR) who has applied for residential plot (LIG), Rohini (1981 scheme) area haven't yet receive the allotment.

Sir i will be highly greatful if you please mail me indicating when will the plot aloted to me. Followings are the details of my application:
