Not Stoping Bus on Bus stop & Driver talking rudly

As per the rudeness of Bus drivers we are facing more and more problem. How come normal man goes through this?

Bus No. MH 01 L 8109 Ticket No. 101 - 279825 timing 10 am Bus route is from Agarkar Chowk (Andheri east) to Bamandayapada accident occurred in Borosil Bus stop

This is today case Bus driver not stopping bus on bus stop and talking rudely with customer a old lady trying to stop the bus in bus stop but he was not ready to stop and when i stopped him by going in front near driver seat of bus he stop the bus then he talk the lady in rude way & giving police threat to me.

so plz do the needful to survive in this city
