Rash Driving/Poor bus frequency

I had boarded bus no 8359 route no 523 vehicle no MH01 L 9362, Conductors batch no 18632, Time 2.35 pm from koparkhairane Teen Taki.

I would like to bring to your notice that the driver of the bus was driving very rashly. Was not even waiting for the people to get on the bus. He didnt even stop even after conductor signalled to stop the bus. This did not happen on one occassion but many times. Women, childeren were literally lossing balance while boarding the bus. From koparkhairane to Bhandup station the scenario remained same. The conductor remained a mute spectator. When people questoned the conductor his reply was what he could do? An old man finally had an altercation with the driver as his familly memberes (womens) almost fell off while boarding bus as the bus was in motion. After altercation the driver skipped all the bus stops till IIT powai.

Action needs to be taken on both driver and conductor.

Secondly BEST bus route no 523's frequency is really pathetic. I have been travelling by this bus since 4 yrs. People have to wait for the bus minimum half an hour, some times for 45mins daily. This conditions have remained the same.

Action also needs to be taken on increasing the bus frequency.
