Not giving proper information

Sir, i m residence of mumbai . sir best gorai depot has closed down the issuing of go mumbai adult pass without any notice . they are issuing only the student pass.the security guard are not allowing to see thedepot manager or any any other authority in this regard, and they are not giving any information about go mumbai counter in borivali. so please look into the matter and start the functioning of counter in gorai depot immediately. thank you
