Extra Charge for Laguage

Dear sir

I am travelling from Brovili to thane station Bus details :-bus no 700 Number plate MH -01-LA-6370 time morning 5:28AM date: 17/Aug ticket no 060-558649,

Charged me 20Rs for Laguage for 2 sarees 1 dress 1towel i asked conductor 1 common man if traveled for log distance how much he can carry laguage with him he argue with me that i don't know You have to pay. He not reply and charged me.

Please taken action on this I am looking for positive response.
