BEST bus from mulund west to andheri east and vice versa
Problem for the ladies to get in the bus

Dear Sir/Mam,

I recently started travelling in BEST BUS from mulund west to andheri east to and fro for 2 months. i am 23 years old. being a girl i think my travelling was horrific. why isnt there a queue to get into d buss especially in the evening hours after 6. v ladies have to fight against men and get into the bus. and you know there are few bastards who just try to physically get in contact with the ladies in dat 3 sec of time. really it is very sad. or just keep a system were in the ladies can get into the bus from front door and the men from the back door. Something needs to be done. please look into the matter.

Secondly if any passenger is drunk i think the conductor needs to throw that person out of the bus.

Please look into the matter and take some serious actions
