Rude behaviour by Collecto

My name is Madan, i taken a bus no 8306, route No 513, from Vashi to Electricity board (conductor charged me Rs.6), while i am getting down at electricity board, i was checked by the ticket collector Name B P Sawanth (BC-196661). He said to me that you are over travelled and collected a fine of Rs 66 (Chalan no 3123). Travell date:1.3.2009 time :10:00 PM

My question is how i am responsible for this? what ever conductor has issued the ticket i have taken it.

Mr B P Sawanth (BC-196661) is saying that its you fault and he had abused me and talked in racist manner.

Please take corrective action aginst the conductor and B P Sawant; whoever is responsible.
