Drivers are not fully aware of the stops they have to halt at

Hello,

I was travelling in bus no.185 from Hiranandani stop to John baker stop. driver did not halt at John baker stop . so i told him that there is halt for this bus at john baker stop. he kept arguing and dropped the passengers at next stop.this incidence occured at 10.00 am on 28 July.

Already BEST is planning to raise ticket fairs, frequency is low (which i realise will never be taken care of) and to add to that, if the bus drivers are not not going to halt at the destined stops, it only adds to our troubles in the over crowded public transport
