This is to bring to your notice that the BEST bus no 460, starting from Charkop Depot didnt halt at the Dena Bank, Sector 5 Stop even though there were 2 passengers waiting for the bus including me. I also waved out my hand & the bus just sped away. The BEST BUS Details are mentioned below:

COMMUTES BETWEEN: CHARKOP DEPOT - MULUND WEST STATION
BUS CODE: 8323
TIMING: LEFT THE CHARKOP DEPOT AT 1.30PM
DATE: 6TH OCTOBER
Dena bank stop, is the 3rd stop from the Charkop depot, which is the starting point & the bus was quite vacant. On enquiring with the Bus Conductor, he rudely replied that there were no passengers at the stop. He used abusive language as well. He further told that if there are no passengers to get down & if the driver couldnt see anyone the Bus will not halt. I agreed to this but i did tell him that there were 2 passengers waiting, to which the conductor didnt pay any heed & didnt even apologize. instead his tone was very loud & his language was harsh & abusive. Both, the conductor & the driver refused to give thier names & thier name ID was not displayed on thier shirt.
