Not Received BGR Energy Refund

Dear Sir/Madam

I had applied for BGR and not received refund till date.

Because of sheer negligience on your part I have not received refund till date and missed opportunity to apply in other issues and intrest on the amount.

You had sent the refund check in the name of "NNSINI MISHRA"(INCORRECT) instead of Nandini Mishra (Correct Name) hence I couldn't deposit in the bank. I sent Back the check back to you inorder to correct your mistake and issue the check incorrect name. But nothing had been done yet from your side

Earlier I had been told about the incompetncy of intime employees but I never believed it but looks like I have to change my mind..anyway I request you to please send the check in right name as soon as possible I have received alloted shares though.
