Out going call problem

Respected Sir,

Due to non payment my mobile bill outgoing call already band. BSNL Deptt raised Bill an amount of Rs. 972/- against my mobile No. 9436130529 vide Bill No. 361580999 dated 10/7 and I have already made payment vide receipt No. TRP1080103081000075 dated 3-8 an amount of Rs.1000/- But till today outgoing call Band not yet withdrawn.
