Garbage dumps and Road Park Cleanliness
This is the time for Bhagidari of Delhi Govt to Streamline the public attitude towards by Mass compaigning through Media and direct interaction with RWA, Shopkeepers, Factory owners, Rehriwala, Police, Local Goondas etc
1. The cleanliness of area surrounding the houses, colony, shops, factory, rehri etc should be the legal duty of the owner, resident of these areas.
2. They have to do themselves or employ someone to clean the surrounding area by some kind of voluntary donations. As the garbage is their own creation.
3. MCD and other agencies cannot do each and every thing and they are Govt Damaad and will do nothing.
4. Every road or stretch should be made toll for 1 day a week for collection (1, 2, 5, 10, 50) and all repair, cleanliness and beautification to be done by some authorized local groups.
5. Garbage collection should be privatized with 1-2 Rs contribution from each house on daily basis. Collection can be done through RWA or directly.
6. Public should voluntary contribute on such missions on the principle of more the contribution more and good work and vice versa.
7. People spend so much on their face and not on their back Ward. Similarly they beautify their home and not its surroundings.
