A garbage bin provides working class people to throw the garbage whenever they want to. This city is run because of the revenues and capitals generated by working class people. Not all working class people have the liberty of living in appartments and garbage bins per appartment. The need of these people is different. Working class people need not wait for the garbage pickup vehicle. Working class people need not store the garbage inside the house. Sometimes the pickup vehicle does not arrive for 3-4 days. How can we store garbage for so many days? Sometimes there is party or festival when the garbage increases and it has to be disposed off immediately, especially the non-veg waste. We cannot leave the garbage outside the door for long time fearing the stray dogs might tear and scatter the garbage.
