This is to inform you that illegal construction & violation of govt (MCD) Drain lines & law preservation in G- Block, Bhatgwati Garden Extn, Known as Vishnu Vihar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi - 110059.
We have our own house in G- Block, Bhatgwati Garden Extn, Know as Vishnu Vihar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi – 110059, For your information MCD has already made out drain lines and made a proper road strut cure with cemented roads.
One person known as Atri Property owner his land in Bhagwati Garden Extn, Next to Attar Singh Diary, G- Block, Street No. 21, Uttam Nagar New Delhi – 59 had a plot area about 30 sq.yrd he is brooking the out drain lines made by MCD and covering the road path area. He is saying that I am only the landlord of all these vacant place and nobody can stop us, I have already made a request to Mr. Atri who is landlord of the area, sir please cover your area don’t broke the civil line/outdrain water line which was constructed by mcd, but he is not listing and start his illegal construction.
Sir this has been created a great head ach for us (inhabitants) because it is right way for your notice that already roads map finalized by the MCD Authorities, & drain lines already made by MCD Authorities, I would request you to please stop this illegal construction on immediate basis and make a fine for the same on Mr. Atri Properties to destroy the MCD out drains line without any permit. The exact address where things are happens it’s Near to G-5, Street No. 21, Next to Attar singh Diary, Bhagwati Garden Extn, Vishnu Vihar, New Delhi – 110058.
As a member of this G- Block (RWA) society I would request again to you please stop this nonsense illegal construction?
