Non delivery of gas [LPG] cylinde

The VENKATESWARA GAS SERVICES, 2nd avenue, Anna nagar, Chennai is my distributor. My cosumer no. 25806. More than 17 days over they have not delivered the cylinder. On personal contact on 18th Jan also they have not. Their dealing with customer on phone is also no cordial. It is unfortunate have such type of dealers in place like Chennai, which is well known for its hospitality and manners. Since the gas is over we are eating from hotels from 18th Jan. They should be taken up.
