Manohar Lal Mittal having telephone No. as 09888259403, 01762-285074, 0172-2552007 is very clever thief/rouge/chor. he does not make the payments of the material purchased by him. When contacted he switch off his phone and when personally contacted he slips away making some excuse. He says he has no money to pay off his debt but he is living in a lavish life style. I request his business Associates to extend him a long debt so that my payments are recived.
