I recently shifted from Hyderabad to Bangalore. To get my transfered old gas connection, which I was having in hyderabad I went to Prateek Bharat Gas Agency located in Banaswadi. After doing the paper work they told me I will be getting the cylinder another 2 days. I waited for them for around 10 days but I did't receive the cylinder. Each time I call them they tell they are sending it but till date I haven't received it.
Finally I am writing this complaint hoping some action can be taken against this Gas Agency.
