Non-delivery of cylinder and ill-behaviour of employees

Sir,

The Bharat gas agency, named Shreya gas agency, Mattam road, Changanasserri, Kottayam, Kerala (Phone: 0481 2401325, 0481 2401464) allows its customers to book cylinders only after 25 days of delivery of the previous one. They promise to deliver the cylinder within 15 days from the date of booking! Their phones would always be busy when the customers try to make a call. When a consumer makes a phone call after trying for long, the employees behave in a very rude and unpleasant way. I have bitter experience with them several times. The cylinder would actually reach my door steps after several days and continuous phone calls to the agency starting from the 15th day after the date of booking. It has been learnt from other consumers that this gas agency sell cylinders for more money, illegally. The amount which they charge for one cylinder refill to the consumers is Rs.350/-. For a new connection they charge Rs.4500/- (one cylinder deposit and stove - mandatory!). Kindly take necessary steps to stop the bad behaviour of the employees and see that the cylinders are delivered to the consumers in time.
