There was an scratch card offer with my SBI card statement. I got a polo watch in the scratch card and I was asked to pay 499 and the same was given to them through my SBI card. I was promised tht delivery will be made with in 21 days but already 45 days have passed and I am yet to get my gift. When I contacted SBI card they asked me to contact "deals for all " at 022 40791234. I tried this tel no several times but no one picks the phone and always get a taped reply i e to wait.
I hope the concerned persons will take the note of my complain and look into the matter urgently.
