Dear madam/sir.
this is to inform you that i booked gas cylinder PA-919 on january 7th but i have not received the refill cylinder till today, whereas the officials in the bharat gas agency sirhind are delivering the cylinders booked on 12th and 13th january... on repeated calls they dont attend to the complaint and they do not give any satisfactory answer during in person visits to the agency... so i request you to please intervene into the matter otherwise i will feel no hesitation to move to the consumer court as already i have been harassed many times... i doubt that the people in the agency are delivering the cylinders illlegally.my consumer card number is PA-919 and my booking number is 192455 dated 7th january and the name of the delivery man is "GUDDU"
i shall be highly thankful to you if you resolve this matter at the earliest.
