I am Piyush Gupta from Sirhind Mandi, Distt. Fatehgarh Sahib. Our Connect No. is 1763-500265. I am totally dissatisfied with the services provided by your office members of sirhind. Last evening at near about 4 o’clock, our net was not working. When I complaint this for your sirhind staff members, they behave very rudely with us. I had call at 01763500501. They suggest me a no. of their Engineer. The no. was 9914130011. When I had call on that no. he said, “if your net is not working, than what can we do. We have so many work in office and not free for you. If your net is not working than check your computer instead of call here.” His behave was very rude. Then again I had call on 01763-500501, your staff member again behave very rudely and ask us to complaint the staff members in a very rudely way and then he cut y call.
Sir, we have a Cyber Café in Sirhind named as Jindal Cyber café and is very busy café of the city. We always try to make your connect costumers by referring your connection. I request you to please take some action on your that two staff members. Otherwise they both may harmful for your company. Hoping for the best result and reply as soon as possible.
