Respected Sir/Madam,
I am having Bharat Gas Connnection consumer code 18449 in Chennai. I had never got problems when I had this connection in my native place Jharkhand and even in Bangalore. I had transfered the gas from Bangalore to Chennai last year. Now this agency is asking for rashan card to book the gas cylinder, and when I gave my native town rashan card, they are not accepting it and saying if you are not going to produce TamilNadu rashan card next month, we will cancel the connection. They are not giving the proper guidance also, When I asked for alternative solution. I cannot remove my name from rashan card which I am having now and they are saying to remove your name from the rashan card of your native place and apply fresh rashan card in Tamilnadu, if not we are not going to book gas cylinder for you. I am in big trouble now. I am staying in chennai currently as a bachelor and I am facing lot of difficulties while communicating to bharat gas agency peoples. Kindly look into matter seriously and give me some proper solution what to do? I am eagerly waiting for your response. Kindly do the needful.
