I have brought philips DVD player for Big bazar ahmedabad, in the month of may, in the month of june it stopped working, philips customer service centre people have taken the DVD player on july 1st and till now they have not replaced it is near about 2 months and we keep calling them again & again but no positive replies, you can call me on 09396981444.
