None booking, black marketing & misbehavei

Dear/sir,

I am custumer of CHANDRA GAS AGENCY (BHARAT GAS), 27, bda complex bareilly, (u.p.) I got poor service regarding telephonic booking as no one is picking my phone manny time from two-three years. I have spoken many times to the propriter of the agency but the problem is still not solved. Today, I went to agency with my wife for getting gas cylinder but the staff of this agency using much abusive language. They are mainly involved in black marketing. This black marketing gas is used in automobiles and sweet shops.

Therefore, you are requested to solve this problem as soon as possible.
