We booked gas on 02.09.09 through Internet in www.bhartgas.com vide ref No.347123. But so far gas was not delivered. On 15th September we enquired by phone and agency told that gas will be delivered within two days. Once again today we contacted by phone, they told gas was booked on 15th September and it will be delivered after 4-5 days. Why the agency was not responded for online booking? Please reply.
