Purchased one LCD TV of SAMSUNG make on 19/9 but delivered on 20/9, the unit was supposed to be installed on 21/9.
Given calls to Toll Free No (1800110011 ) & even talked to Mr R K Jain (Manager of their Chinsurah Branch ) & Mr Abir Chakraborty.
At the time of buying, they have given big big committments, Mr R K Jain is not capable of Manager & fully cheater. He does not bother to talk or does now know how to talk or behave with people.
This is a waste service & responce, We should avoid to buy any sets TV or AC or any electricals from Great Eastern Company of their any branch.
Hencve it is my request not to buy any thing from them.
