Non devlivery of Gas cylinder
We have booked for a gas cylinder during the last week of October and we have not got the cylinder till date as on 11th November.
Numerous calls have been made to enquire about the delay but the attendant simply puts us on hold and never responds.
5th November was the promised delivery date but there is no sign of the cylinder whatsoever. The response and attitude of the people working there is shocking and this is just hieght of violation of consumer rights.
Our Bharat gas consumer no. is 4571 and the Address of service for Bharat Gas is:
