Savings Bank -- Delay in settlement of deceased claim case

I wrote several complaint letters to following:-

1) Regd. letter to ASPM Mahmoorganj Varanasi

2) Regd letter B9787 Dt.16/05 to Asst. Supdt. Varanasi West

3) SP letter EU301678176IN Dt.10/06 SSP Varanasi Cantt.

& DG UP Circle Lucknow

4) Regd. B 2210 Dt.09/08 to dakpal, (HSG-I) Varanasi cantt.

5) Regd. Letter Dt.-12/09 to Hon'ble Central Minister of Communication, New Delhi.

6) Reminder courier dt. 16/10 to Hon'ble Central Minister of Communication, New Delhi.

but received no reply. After writing several letters and reminders i couldn't get reply from none of them and my problem is still awaited. I am becoming mentally as well as financially harassed. This thing is happening with the educated person. What's about the uneducated mass who beleive in postal services.
