The rate of second Connection of the bharat gas

Hi,

Can you let me know the rate of the second connection of the bharat gas...

Because the Your Agency i.e Anita Gas Godown which is there at Virar (W) are asking us Rs.3750/- for the second connection but as per the bill it is rs.1712/-...They are asking us to take the other products such ar Oil, Rice and etc otherwise they will not give us an second connection...
