I am a applicant of V.B.T.C. (vishisth B.T.C.) candidate. The Last Date V.B.T.C. was 20-02. I Send my Application Form From Farrukhabad to Imilia Mau, Uttar Pradesh on 12-02 BY Speed Post Service of Post Office, Farrukhabad. in My knowledge maximum time of speed post reaching is 24 Hours, But my Application form received the DIET, Imilia, Mau (U.P.) on 21-02. So DIET, Imilia, Mau Not Accepted my Apllication Form And Return to My Address. The Application Form Returned on 26-02 Farrukhabad at my Address. So Please Register My Complaint and Punishment to The Post Office & Sollution for my candidature.
