Non delivery of cylinde

I am a customer of of Bharatgas for LPG cylinders. I stay at Hyderabad, miyapur. My consumer No.11969. I have booked for cylinder on 5/3. and the serial No. They have given is 1783. until today i.e. 3/4. They have not delivered the cylinder.

When ever i call the office they will send 'TODAY'. But they don't delive
