No delivery of cooking gas cylinder!

I booked refill of gas conecction no 23491 on sept 21. Dealer Name Revathi Gas Agency, Hafispeth Ranga Reddy District A.P. Tel. No.04023047778, 04023047779. Agency complaint that they have unable to search my home address while other gas company (HP & INDANE) vendors are easily seen in that area.

Can you help me to get refill at the earliest?
