Delay in delivery of refill cylinde

Dear sir,

I am living in jhansi and i have a domestic lpg connection of bharat gas. The consumer no of connection is 12164 Name-Sanjay kumar gupta Address-645, D`cruz compound, Masiha ganj, Sipri bazar, Jhansi. and My Distributor is M/S Surya gas agency. I have booked my refill on 14/06

and till now i could not get my refill cylinder. I have complained to distributor but he did not take any action..

so please register my complaint and kindly make sure my home delivery of lpg.
