POOR GAS SERVICE

Der Sir,

i had booked my connection against my connection no.4307 on Dated.03.12.2007 but he wasnot delivered me till 10.12.07 and dt. 10.12.07 i took by hand our booking and went to godowon but they said to me that gas was not in stock and then again i went on 11.12.07 again there answer is same. I talked to proprietor of Nirmal enterprises and request him that i have urgent but they didnot listened my problem and said that i ask from the gas agency than i will call back you after some time. now i avery sad and try to give you our problems, so you can try to improve the service. i can say you that i face poor respose from Nirmal enterprises, Chander Vihar, New delhi. his phone no. 011-28362339.

I hope you will take right action against it and do need ful action against it.
