Dear Sir,
I shifted from mumbai to pune since last year. I am looking for new gas connection from Bharat gas dealer in katraj i.e. Rajaram Gas agency.
But inspite of following for last 6 months I am unable to get the connection. Whenever I go for enquiry they keep on giving dates, excuses and behave in rude manner as if we owe something to them.
This has upset me so much that I am now thinking of getting a private connection. Is it so difficult for the citizen of india to get a gas connection?
