Getting New connection

I new booked connection with Bharat Gas, Myapur, Hyderabad, AP during the month of May. Booking number is 1969. They said within two months, i will get connection. I was frequently contacting frm the third month. Two weeks before only, they said new gas connection available, i asked them what is the deposit amount, they said 5000. I asked them split up, they are not ready to give. And also they are saying, i must get the gas stove also for getting new connection. Their response is worst.

I need connction without gas stove.
