Woking people when not at home, usually face the problem of non delivery of gas cylinder despite the verbal instructions / requests to deliver the gas after particlar hours (within the Dealer's working hours) or on particular days of the week. Generally when a customer is not found at home during the day, the cylinder is returned without any notice to the customer and the delivery keeps on being delayed.
The company should make a provision in the Customer Card itself (with the Dealer) for DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS to solve this problem.
