THIS IS TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT I HAD BOOKED FOR REFILLED GAS CYLINDER VIDE THEIR BOOKING NO. 150 DTD. 21.10.2009 WITH ABOVE AGENCY. THIS WAS DONE AFTER COMPLETION OF 21 DAYS OF EARLIER DELIVERY i.e. on 01.10. as per the advice of Agency, because they are accepting booking only after 21 days of earlier delivery. Now we are waiting for Gas by 21 31 =52 days. Regularly I am requesting the Agency by 20 days and they are assuring me that cylinder will be delivered i.e. today, afternoon, evening, within 2-3 hours etc. But no action is taken till today. Therefore, please look into the matter and help us immediately as we are facing difficulties in cooking food etc.
