Not responding, Put the phone on hold every time, Not delivering the gas on time and misbehave with customer

Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to complain against OORJA AGENCIES, Mithapur, Shop No-08&9, Badarpur, Barcode no-149058, I have been trying to contact on these three nos which i have 26669943, 44&45, since many days. I booked my gas on 21/11 but still it has not deliverd. They do not book gas on time. I visited 16/11 to book my gas but they told me to come after four days. I went there on 21/11 but still i am waiting for my gas. What should i do please confirm otherwise i will have to go to Consummer Court against this agencies.

You are requested to please take the necessary action against this agency and try to deliver my gas by tomorrow because ID is on 28th of November.
