USPS Priority mail getting delay

Sir,

My husband sent important document DS 2019 for me and my son through USPS priority mail on 6th Nov. At the time of post they said that it takes 6 - 10 days. But today is 26 Nov I didn't receive that mail yet. I can able to travel to US only after got that Mail. His name is Vasudevan Ayyappan. He missed the receipt. how long take time to get that mail. How can i know abt thatPlease reply
