This is a complaint against one of Bharat Gas agency or maybe the company itself. I am one BIG ANGRY AND DISSATISFIED customer of Bharat Gas.
I wanted a new connection for my home and I visited SURYA GAS AGENCY in Ulhasnagar - 1, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra
There I was asked for Rs. 3700.00 for new connection which included a burner. I asked them to allot me only cylinder as I have one good quality sealed packed BRANDED PRESTIGE model burner with BILL and WARRANTY that I am willing to show. It was purchased from reputed store with ALL ORIGINAL tags and stamps.
I was refused to get it. THEY MADE IT COMPULSORY to get the burner while it was clearly written on the board there that customer is at a liberty to choose whether he needs a burner from us or not. After much bias, they said if I want to get the cylinder only then one of your representative will visit my home and check the burner and specifications. I agreed. At the same time the madam sitting there said, but we will surely refuse your merchandise because agency owner don't want to issue anyone a cylinder without burner.
Despite being frustrated, I agreed to spend extra money and get burner.
Now another issue, I was forced to take 2 packs of tea and 2 kg of rice with it and a cylinder trolley too.
NOW WHAT IS THIS?
I can't afford to have Rs.69/- per kg rice and that too 2 kg.
This added Rs. 375.00 to my account with connection. Details:
2 x 250gm Tea = Rs. 112.00
2 x 1kg rice = Rs. 138.00
1 x Trolley = Rs. 125.00
Now this has made me sick. I needed cylinder connection worth Rs. 1250.00 and had to pay Rs. 4000 in total for the things I DON'T NEED.
Now this is a request to you to look into it and act.
There was a lady sitting on managers chair.
Even their internet site's feedback form is not working.
