PROBLEM IN BOOKING

Dear Sir

my self shailesh desai having gas connection with Rang Rai Agency at Jogeshwari my My Booking No 10032 & when ever we try to book the gas the number are terrible busy or are kept busy, It take days to book a gas clyinder. I am really fedup with this agency. Requested to kindly look into the matter in urgent basis.
